Create and execute critical business applications from concept to development. Investigate characteristics including cost, performance, and process capability of applications. Conduct analyses addressing failure, reliability, and yield improvement. Plan research and development projects to design, architect and document systems. Design and develop cutting-edge analytic applications leveraging Big Data and IoT hardware, considering market data and customer requirements.
Design and develop applications that require integration of data from variety of IoT hardware. Design and develop applications using distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational and noSQL databases. Test and document new and modified systems to create robust and scalable IoT solutions that include various data analysis. Work within the development team to make sure that all data solutions are consistent. Develop strategies to coordinate and implement projects. Coordinate projects, including the development of project plans, project completion and the implementation of project outcomes.
Develop concepts and ideas that provide a competitive advantage for the development of related technology. Develop formal documentation for customers and engineering for quality assurance guidance, quality control protocols, process control checklists, data collection, and reporting. Evaluate materials and processes to ensure acceptable processing, performance, cost, sustainability, and availability.
Conduct acceptance tests, vendor-qualification protocols, surveys, audits, corrective-action reviews, and performance monitoring to ensure conformance to specifications.
Requires PhD in Electrical Engineering and verifiable references.
